C-section Birth May Cause More Than Scars

Sometimes a c-section is medically necessary, but regardless of why a c-section is performed, it is possible there may be longer term implications beyond the obvious of having major abdominal surgery. When a c-section is performed electively, we ought to really consider all the risks, not just our immediate desires.  Here’s a summary of research that looks at some of those things and explains some of the correlations found.
